With the success and enjoyment that I experienced participating in the January 2011 a river of stones writing challenge, I am contemplating turning this blog into a kind of haiku journal - i.e. the blog would look very much as it has for the past month, the most notable difference being that I will probably not post a new piece of poetry every day, but every other day or so.
In any case, it would be giving this blog a new lease on life. The river of stones challenge certainly rescusitated this blog in a big way, bringing more life to this space through the month of January than it had seen in a very long while. Not that I am making or offering any apologies for my moribund blog, mind you. But I do like the signs of life around here and, as it is more likely to remain lively as a kind of haiku journal, I think I'll keep it up.
